Preá is a fishing village turned kitesurf destination, 12 km east of Jericoacoara. It has kept what Jeri lost: space, sand streets and a quiet pace. The plot sits in the Rancho do Peixe / Rua das Dunas sector, the part of the village closest to the best pousadas and to the kite launch area, on a calm side street.

Around it: family homes, small guesthouses and newly built villas. The beach is about 300 m away. The village centre, restaurants and kite schools are a five-minute walk.
